Rubber Safety Brick
High-density rubber tiles with shock-absorbing pads are suitable for free weight and bodyweight exercise areas. Adhesive tiles are connected using special pins, which are designed to hold the adhesive tiles together even under the harshest conditions. Our rubber tiles are crack-free, resistant to oil, gasoline, water and frost.
We used our own innovative plastic tile bottom cushioning structure to ensure a high level of shock absorption, so as not to damage the floor of the hall.
We have multiple product versions:
• Basic version-black recycled SBR rubber + red, green, blue and gray colored SBR surface, bounded by MDI polyurethane adhesive.
•Virgin EPDM rubber version-black recycled SBR rubber base, covered with 24 colors of EPDM rubber, the top layer is bounded by a transparent MDI polyurethane adhesive.
• Design version-Applicable to any design mode of Basic or Virgin EPDM rubber version.
• Customized version-according to customer requirements and drawings of the design mode (applicable minimum order quantity).

The fitness floor products are produced according to the highest industry CE standard and have CE certification.
Our products have passed AgBB’s VOC test and have high slip resistance in the C-level (DIN 51097) test in wet areas. The fire resistance of EPDM is classified as Dfl -s1, and the fire resistance of SBR puzzle mat is classified as Efl -s1 (EN 13501-1).
